WhatsApp the workshop
Fastest route to a person. Send a photo of the error and we will tell you whether it needs a visit.
Support
Three ways to reach a technician: a secure remote session, a message straight to the workshop, or a visit to one of our two Durban branches.

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. Outside those hours, use the emergency number for contract clients.
Best for quotes, orders and anything that needs a paper trail. We reply the same working day.
Remote desk support
Many problems — settings, mail, printers, software errors — are solved faster over a secure remote session than by anyone driving anywhere. Download AnyDesk, phone us, and read out the number it shows you. You stay in control and can end the session at any time.
Then call 010 030 2728 or WhatsApp 061 547 0747 and give us the address it displays. Never share that number with anyone who phones you unexpectedly.
Visit us
Bring the machine in and we will book it straight onto the bench. No appointment needed during working hours.

Who to ask for
Director & technical consultant. Founded the business in 1998. Over 30 years in the South African IT market. Best for consulting, projects and escalations.
Manager. Running the business since June 2026. Best for bookings, quotes, stock availability and anything urgent.
Accounts. Best for invoices, statements, purchase orders and payment queries.
Speed things up
None of these will fix a failed drive, but they solve a surprising share of the calls we take — and if they do not, you will have narrowed the problem down before you reach us.
Shut down and power off, wait ten seconds, then start again. Closing the lid is not the same thing, and a full restart clears a large share of odd behaviour.
Power, network cable, plug points and the switch on the wall. Note any lights that are off or a colour you have not seen before — that detail helps us diagnose over the phone.
Photograph the message on screen. The precise wording often points straight at the cause and can save a call-out entirely.
A note on scams: we will never phone you out of the blue to say your computer is infected, and we will never ask for banking passwords or a one-time PIN. If someone claiming to be from Vertex asks for remote access you did not arrange, end the call and phone us on 010 030 2728.
